Appointment scheduling
Sammy checks connected calendar availability and may help book, reschedule, cancel, or update appointments based on the participating business’s rules.
Customer-service follow-up
Sammy may relay customer questions, service requests, notes, and follow-up needs to the business owner or team.
Transactional SMS
With customer consent, Sammy may send appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, reschedule confirmations, and direct customer-service replies.
Owner support
For approved business owners, Sammy may support operational tasks such as schedule summaries, appointment changes, notes, and business follow-up workflows.
Safety-aware triage
For urgent service calls, Sammy can follow business safety guidance, gather context, and recommend emergency action when appropriate.
Transactional-only SMS use
Hello Sammy’s standard SMS program is not used for marketing, advertising, promotions, coupons, newsletters, lead generation, or mass messaging. SMS is limited to appointment/service communication and direct replies related to customer-initiated requests.
